I am Aware of the Evil in the World~If some think I am a Polly Ana like figure that has no grasp of the reality of the Dark Side of People and the prevalent presence of Evil in our world, think again. I will be focusing on the positive and leave reporting on the Evil events of life to the often biased and politically influenced News Media. To some extent, Evil touches everyones lives in our era. Some people are more victimized than others.
Because it was the Right Thing to Do~During my short time on the planet I have observed a great deterioration in Human Values and Respect. Our society has become more corrupt than I could have imagined as a child. When I was growing up I was around men that when ask why they did something, they replied, because it was the right thing to do. They truly tried to live by a code that respected others and required that you do what you thought was The Right Thing To Do.
Make Me if You Can~Now I have seen others and myself have been the victim of Cowards that lie, deceive and take advantage of the innocent. They delight in the violation of what others hold sacred. They are hypocrites and cowards that put on one face for the world and another they reveal with glee to their victims. They boast about the evil they do and feel no guilt or shame. They are capable of anything they think they might do without fear of getting exposed or punished. Ask them why and they will reply, because I can and I will not stop unless you can make me. Indeed our world has changed for the worse. Just read the daily newspapers and listen to the T.V. and radio and to will see how depraved humanity has become. We cannot let our children play outside or be out of our site for fear they will disappear and become the victims of Evil Perverts. Yes evil and corruption is everywhere and we can trust no one it seems, so what do we do?
Dichotomy of Humanity ~A dichotomy is the division of a whole into two parts. Everything must belong to one part or the other exclusively. Such as all that is good on one side and all that is evil on the other. In mathematics I remember using a linear graph to show positive and negative numbers. If we used a line graph to show the goodness or evil of human kind or our own feeling of Compassion or Misanthropy for our species I am afraid both would slide a little more toward the negative side if we view our own kind in our present era. <-+10–+9–+8–+7–+6–+5–+4–+3–+2–+1–0–_1–_2–_3–_4–_5–_6–_7–_8–_9–_10->
It is true that we see so much cowardly, gossiping, jealous, petty people hurting others in our present world. However, among them all I see people that are like frightened children looking and hoping for honest, genuine, compassionate leadership to guide them and show them the way to the answers. Not the Politicians and Wealthy Power Mongering Hypocrites that talk of integrity as they seek deceive and manipulate people as they guard their hoard and seek to take more from those that have less.
So what is the answer?~ Do we become Misanthropist and hope for the worst for this vile species or do we find some hope, some compassion for humanity? There have been some humans that exhibited altruistic behavior and become loving, genuine leaders truly devoted to the betterment of their fellow humans. Jesus, Gandhi, Buddha, Dr. Martin Luther King Jr., to name a few. So there is something that by chance appears once in the human gene pool once in a century or perhaps a millennium that gives us a great leader to show us one more step toward a more noble and enlightened humanity. Amidst all the liars and hypocrites, cowardly murderers and perverts I still occassionally see some goodness, some compassion, some people that look beyond their own needs and desires to do good for others. It gives me hope, to hang on and look to the heavens in the night sky and the humans I see working for their petty self interest and hope that someday we will become more like the greatness that is the human potential.
